Bands set to play at outdoor fundraiser in Gilpin
A fundraiser to support the Leechburg Pink Day event,“Lingrow Goes Pink,”will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Lingrow Farm, 188 Forks Church Road, Gilpin.
Bands scheduled to perform include Sour Mash, Lenny Collini 4 Pack, Steel Mill Rising, First Light and Pat & Dave.
There will be food, beverages and raffles. Admission is $10. Bring a lawn chair. Face masks required indoors.
Acoustic concert planned Sunday at Trinity United Methodist Church
Trinity United Methodist Church, Brackenridge, will host an outdoor concert from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the church, 847 10th Ave.
Acoustic music will be performed by John Vento, Cherylann Hawk, Bob Zigerelli, Tim Hadley and Phil Vento.
Donations will be accepted.
Used Halloween costume drive underway
Redemption Church in Lower Burrell is collecting new and gently-used children’s Halloween costumes through Oct. 4 for an upcoming kid’s costume exchange.
