VANCOUVER, B.C.: Saturday, Sept. 19. Today’s weather is expected to start out with showers and then clear to a mix of sun and cloud late this morning, with a high of 19 C, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada. An alert for poor air quality from the U.S. wildfire smoke remains in effect, and there is still a slight chance of showers in the afternoon. Overnight, there’s a chance of shower and a low of 13 C and then Sunday looks mainly cloudy with sunny breaks and a high of 20 C. The weather on Monday, the Autumn Equinox, is expected to be a mix of sun and cloud, with a high of 20 C, and then the rest of the week looks fairly wet. On Tuesday there’s a chance of showers and 18 C and then rain for Wednesday and Thursday, with highs of 17 C both days.
